Karwar Naval Base is a pristine naval base established in 2005, nestled along the stunning Konkan coast of India. Surrounded by pristine beaches, lush greenery, and the azure Arabian Sea, the base offers a picturesque and serene environment for athletes. The verdant hills, serene backwaters, and untouched islands make it a unique blend of natural splendor and military significance, a testament to India's commitment to safeguarding its maritime frontiers while preserving the coastal ecosystem.

Rules and Regulations

Photo ID & BIB

Participants must provide valid photo identification to collect their race kit and carry it on event day. Race BIBs are personal identifiers and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold.

Entry & Security

Entry inside the military base is restricted to registered participants with valid ID proof and BIB. Photography inside the base is strictly prohibited.

Health & Safety

Participation is at the individual’s own risk. Running and cycling are high-impact sports; participants are advised not to take part if medically unfit. The Medical Officer may stop any entrant deemed unfit to continue.

Code of Conduct

All participants must follow race rules, instructions from marshals, and conduct themselves professionally and courteously at all times.

Clean & Responsible Participation

Littering, open urination, or use of tobacco, alcohol, or banned substances is strictly prohibited inside the base.

Only registered participants are allowed on the race route. Children aged 5–10 years must run with a parent.

Event Rights

Organizers reserve the right to disqualify or remove participants for rule violations or misconduct. In case of disputes, the Race Director’s decision will be final.

Finisher Benefits & Fees

All finishers will receive a medal. The entry fee is non-refundable. Event photos and videos may be used for advertising and promotion.
